Message: This is because you don’t have permissions to send/forward a message on behalf of that user or distribution group.

  1. Login to EMC
    1. Recipient Configuration
    2. Mailbox
    3. Right + Click User/Mailbox -> Properties
    4. Under the Mail Flow Settings tab -> Delivery Options
    5. Under "Grant this permission to:", "Add" the user that needs to send on behalf of this account
